1. Privacy Policy

1.1 Information we collect

When you register or pay for the workshop, we may collect:

• Contact details — your name, email address and phone number.
• Transaction details — the workshop purchased, amount, date and a payment reference ID returned by our payment gateway.
• Technical data — basic device, browser and usage information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and secure.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI, net-banking or bank-account details. All payment credentials are entered on and handled directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway (see 1.4).

1.2 How we use your information

• To process your registration and payment, and confirm your seat.
• To send you the workshop confirmation, joining details and reminders.
• To provide support and respond to your enquiries.
• To share relevant updates about our workshops and the Editor Cohort. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to prevent fraud.

1.3 Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it, so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.

1.4 Payment processing & third parties

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways (such as PayU and/or Razorpay). When you pay, your payment information is transmitted directly to the gateway under their own security standards and privacy policy. We only receive a confirmation and a reference ID for your transaction.

We may also share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as:

• our payment gateway, to process and verify payments;
• email, messaging and spreadsheet tools, to manage registrations and communicate with you.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

1.5 Data security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

1.6 Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at graphikul.workshop@gmail.com.

1.7 Children

The workshop and this website are intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children below this age without parental consent.

1.8 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

2.1 About the ticket

The workshop ticket (₹199) reserves one seat at a live, limited-capacity event (8th Aug, 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM, Graphikul Head Office, Virar). Because seats are strictly limited, tickets are treated as reserved capacity.

2.2 Cancellations & refunds by you

• Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, we will carry your seat forward to the next available workshop at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the event.
• You may also transfer your seat to another person before the event by informing us in writing at graphikul.workshop@gmail.com.
• No refund or carry-forward is available for no-shows or requests made after the event has begun.

2.3 Cancellation or rescheduling by us

If we cancel or reschedule the workshop for any reason, you may choose to (a) attend the rescheduled date, or (b) receive a full refund of the amount paid.

2.4 How to request

Email graphikul.workshop@gmail.com from the address you registered with, including your name and payment reference ID. We will respond within 2 business days.

2.5 Refund processing

Where a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method via the payment gateway, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

3. Terms of Use

• The ticket grants one person entry to a single live workshop session. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Workshop content, materials and recordings are the intellectual property of Bhavik Rakesh Dattani and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose conduct disrupts the event.
• These policies are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Vasai-Virar, Maharashtra.
